It's good to know that you don't have to have an actual storefront business to make yourself findable on Google maps. Even if you do mainly online consulting, some people prefer to do business with local professionals. I've certainly had online clients express the desire to work with someone who knows the local area - even if we never meet face to face. I'd better go get myself listed now.
