Have you noticed that anyone you call for CS just seems to be sleeping on the job? Maybe it's not really their fault as the companies don't give them to resources or training to satisfy their consumer. Anyway, you're absolutely right about not giving out your list. I have asked people to speak at my events and they ask me for my list. I don't feel comfortable with that and therefore have steered away from it.
