For the last several weeks we’ve been talking about using Social Media for business. The second half of the show we’ll pick up where we left off on our social media adventure…headed to what I like to refer to as the wild, wild, west…Twitter.
Dr. Stephie Althouse founder of Family Focused Health International, is an Award-winning and internationally respected scientist, a Nutritional expert with a passion for family health, an Expert health and life coach and a Speaker and author.
The key to the vision of Family Focused Health International is based on our understanding that health is affected by a lifestyle composed of many facets. These facets need to be nurtured and encouraged to exist in harmony with each other. For example, we may eat right and even get some exercise. But we are under a lot of stress. Or, we are great at using our brain but we have lost touch with our inner creativity and artistic side. We may have all the best intentions to “do it all” but we simply can’t find the time. We run between the obligations in our lives and might miss the magic.
