It’s that time of year. We are all busy wrapping up our books and taking stock of the 2011. How was it for your business? Did you achieve the goals you set at the beginning of the year?

In this episode I’m going to share some tips to prepare for the best year yet, 2012. With a few tips and some local resources you can create the path to a very successful year.

Vista, Calif.; June 24, 2011 – The Vista Chamber of Commerce has experienced substantial membership growth in the past 18 months. Since January, 2010, the Vista Chamber membership has grown 20%. With 604 current members, the Vista Chamber is at a 15-year high in membership levels.

The Vista Chamber celebrated its 600th Member with a Ribbon Cutting at Coastal Home Design Center on Thursday June 23, 2011. Coastal Home Design Center is a newly opened interior design business located at 345 Main Street in Vista. Owner Suzanne Broyles has years of experience in interior design, having operated a similar business in the Mammoth, CA area.

Barbara Eldridge shares Five Business Management Tools to Master. Barbara is the owner of Mind Masters, an organization dedicated to the success of small business owners. She holds mind master roundtables in San Diego County each week. Her north county meeting in on Thursdays at Ruby’s from 7:30am to 9am.

On March 24, 2011 the Second Annual Business Women’s Mega Mixer will take place at provide-commerce in San Diego. Last year the Business Women’s Mega Mixer drew over 400 women to the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise. It was a smashing success and many new business relationships were made that evening.

Last year the Business Women’s Mega Mixer benefited the Women’s History Museum. This year the beneficiary will be the YWCA.
