		<description>Oh, goodness. I can&#039;t even cope with following my friends on Facebook unless I set time limits (and stick to them). Social media tools really can take over your life if you don&#039;t watch out. 

As far as time trackers go, the open source tool from Rochata is another good one. It lets you see a graphical representation of how much time you spend on each task. That can be a real eye opener if you tend to &quot;fritter&quot; time away on Twitter. Fortunately, it&#039;s one of the actually free applications - not just a 30 day trial. Here&#039;s a link:
