Great post Debra! To the small business owners out there, I encourage you to listen to her webinar. She does a great job explaining why blogging has become important for marketing your business and answering customer inquiries, how easy it is to use, and useful resources. If you are still unsure about using a blog for your business, experiment by making a personal blog on a hobby or interest. My background is in accounting and financial analysis but I was quickly learned how to create a blog on the neat things about San Diego. It’s not only an easy way for me to pass along San Diego tidbits to my friends and anyone else who is interested but allows me a simple way to accumulate a library of information about San Diego that is easily accessible for anyone to use. As Debra points out in her webinar, the constant feedback from anyone who comes across your blog provides an easy way to keep this library of information up-to-date.
